On March 11, 2016, the International Affairs Office organized a presentation about the Carnegie Research Fellowship Program in collaboration with American Councils for International Education in Azerbaijan. The presentation took place on the Nefcthilar campus of Khazar University.
Alexey Kharlamov (Senior Program Officer for Eurasia at National Council for Eurasian and East European Research (USA) and American Councils for International Education) provided detailed information about the program, application procedure, and financial provisions.
Carnegie Research Fellowship Program is a program of the National Council for Eurasian and East European Research (NCEEER) in conjunction with the American Councils for International Education: ACTR/ACCELS and is supported by a grant from the Carnegie Corporation of New York. The program provides opportunities for university faculty, researchers, advanced graduate students, and scholars in social sciences and humanities to conduct research in the USA.
