On March 10, 2016, Dr. Fadhil Awad Al-Shuwaili, Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq, visited Dunya School, an affiliate of Khazar University. The visit was a follow-up to the meeting at the Embassy of Iraq held earlier this year and organized by the International Affairs Office in the framework of the recruitment plan for the 2016-2017 academic year. 

Ms. Marufe Madatli, Dunya School Director, and Ms. Rena Hasanova, IB Program Coordinator, hosted Mr. Fadhil Awad Al-Shuwaili and his translator Nemet Aghali. Ms. Madatli gave a presentation about the school, study programs, organization of classes, extracurricular activities, and resources. Ms. Rena Hasanova spoke about the International Baccalaureate Program offered at Dunya School and took the guests on a tour of the school. She also gave information about the upcoming events of the school and invited the guests to attend the events.

Dr. Fadhil Awad Al-Shuwaili thanked the school representatives for the invitation and the tour and expressed his satisfaction with the school, its conditions, resources, and activities.
