The book entitled “Mudrik ve kamil insan” (Wise and Accomplished Man) dedicated to the 80^th anniversary of the gifted Azerbaijani mathematician Professor Mammad Bayramoghlu has been published (Baku, 2020). The book also includes “Elm adamı və El adamı” (Man of Letters and Man of the People) memoirs about Mammad Bayramoghlu by Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees (pp. 37-49).

The authors-compilers of the book, published by “ULU” Production and Commercial Company, are Ramiz Aslanov and Tamilla Hasanova, editor is I.Nabiyev.
