Professor Hamlet Isakhanli Expressed His Attitude Towards Distance Education

On August 15, 2020, the Telegraf.com news website conducted a survey entitled “Reactions of the Education Institute to the proposals on Distance Education”. The purpose of the survey is to find out the attitude towards the opening/ closure of educational institutions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The site also features the views of Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees. Professor Hamlet Isakhanli believes that if classes do not commence on September 15, they should be held traditionally from October 1 at the latest.
