Khazar University hosted a management meeting of ERASMUS+ Promoting Excellence in Teaching and Learning in Azerbaijani Universities (PETRA -573630-EPP-1-2016-1-ES-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) project on 3rd of March 2020. The meeting took place with the participation of representatives of Gazi University, Turkey, Baku Slavic University, Sumgayit State University, Ganja State University and Khazar University.

Khazar University’s founder, chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the rector of the university Dr. Irada Khalilova, the Director of Public relations of Khazar University Alovsat Amirbayli, and the team members of the PETRA project and the head of the National ERASMUS+ office, Mr. Parviz Baghirov and his team members have also participated in this project meeting.

Participants have discussed the success of the project as well as some administrative issues that need to be immediately addressed. The PETRA team has decided to complete all pending administrative issues during this month.   The team has also discussed the sustainability plan of the project, some initial plans and ideas were generated and will be put together by Khazar University members.
