On February 23, 2020, the Youth House in Sabunchu District hosted Higher Education Institutions Fair. The Fair was attended by 22 universities and 5 colleges. Khazar University was represented by Professor Fuat Rasulov, Head of the Working Group on Attracting Students to University, Fakhraddin Abdullayev, Career Center Coordinator, and Sabina Guluyeva, Development Center Project Manager.

The event began with a solemn opening. The Director of the Youth House greeted the guests and announced the purpose of the event. Then the training and education specialist Emil Bayramov delivered a speech and informed the guests about the program of the event.

Following that, applicants and parents approached the stands of the participating universities and asked their questions. Representatives of the university answered the questions. The second stage of the event began. At this stage, the applicants were invited to the auditorium, and the university representatives made a series of presentations and informed about their universities. Khazar University representatives delivered their second speech and commenced it with a video clip. After the speeches, presentations were delivered on the issues of interest for students. At the end of the presentations, they were provided with information about the university's access to foreign labor markets, alongside the domestic market for graduates.

The fair continued until the evening.
