On November 21, 2019, Swiss Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, Ms. Muriel Peneveyre, Deputy Regional Director of Swiss Cooperation Office in Azerbaijan, Ms. Simone Haeberli and Swiss Cooperation National Program officer, Mr. Zahir Ahmadov visited Khazar University. After the campus tour, the guests had a meeting with the Chairman of the University Board of Directors, Prof. Hamlet Isakhanli and Rector, Ms. Irada Khalilova, which started with the presentation about Khazar University. The Director of Eurasia Extractive Industries Knowledge Hub, Mr. Ingilab Ahmadov updated the guests about the Hub activities and nearest plans. The guests were impressed by the academic environment of Khazar University and the work that has been done by Eurasia Hub.
