On October 11, 2019, the delegation from the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent visited Khazar University. The delegation members were Dr. Jasur Salikhov, the Rector of the Institute, Dildora A.Ishankhodjaeva, Senior Manager of International Education Management and Research Department, and Victoriya Kulik, Assistant to Senior Manager of International Education Management and Research Department. After getting to know each other through presentations delivered by Abutab Abbasova, the Coordinator of International Affairs Office of Khazar University, and visitor Victoriya Kulik, partnership opportunities were discussed.

Khazar University was represented by Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, Associate Prof. Irada Khalilova, Rector of the University, Mahammad Nuriyev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Raziya Isayeva, Director of Development Center, Lyudmila Sotova, Director of Quality Assurance Center, Jeyhun Mammadov, Dean of the School of Economics and Management, and Abutab Abbasova, Coordinator of International Affairs Office. At the end of the meeting, Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the universities.
