On 3-4 October 2019 “Nanotech Eurasia – 2019” Conference was held at Khazar University. Scientists and specialists from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Korea, Japan, Kazakhstan and Iran took part at the Conference.
The Conference was opened by Hassan Niknafs, Dean of the School of Sciences and Engineering, followed by the speech delivered by professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, who wished success to the Conference. The Conference then continued its work as per the program.
Reports delivered at the Conference were dedicated to the latest updates in nanotechnologies applied in chemical, petroleum, environmental and other areas of engineering.
The theory, design and development of cutting-edge nanomaterials and nanotechnologies applied in the areas of energy and health were discussed as the major objectives.
The Conference allowed the scientists and engineers working in academic and industrial fields to appreciate areas of nanotechnology, which are inter-dependent and develop with high speed, to establish new cooperations as well as served as an innovative platform for young researchers and entrepreneurs.
All participants were awarded a certificate on the last day of the Conference and Khazar University Chamber Ensemble delivered a musical program.
