Starting from September 19-20, 2019, a two-day Scientific Conference, entitled “The Outstanding Public and Political Figure of the Turkic World - Ahmad Bey Agaoglu” dedicated to the 150^th anniversary of the great thinker Ahmed bey Agaoglu, being jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Institute of Theology (AIT), Istanbul Department of Turkish Hearths (Türk Ocaqları), Istanbul University Research Institute of Turkology, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) continues its work with panel sessions.

On the first day of the Conference, Professor Hamlet Isakhanli, the Founder of Khazar University, Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, delivered a report on “Ahmed Agaoglu: Intelligence and Personality”.
