On May 12, 2017, Orkhan Zamanov , an  instructor of the Department of History and Archeology organized the next history class as a field trip to the Numismatic museum located in Icherisheher for students of the School of Education majoring in history. Academic excursion was under the supervision of numismatic expert Ganira Pirguliyeva. The students of School of Education were provided with extensive and interesting facts about Numismatics of Azerbaijan, East currency, exchange and trade. The students’ interesting questions and comments, unique aura of China’s mosque where the class was held, the comprehensive presentation of Ganira Pirguliyeva made the lesson be perceived well and memorable. A short trip to Miniature Book Museum located near Palace of Shirvanshahs` palace also included to this academic excursion. The students were given information about book art and technology. Microscopic books and being in one of the rarest museums of the world were very interesting for the students of history.
