On December 21, 2016, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, held a meeting with the School of Education of Ankara University. The Acting Dean of the school, Prof. Dr. Fatma Bıkmaz, and the Assistant Dean, Associate Professor Dilek Acer, welcomed him and gave him information about the school’s programs and courses. The administration of the School of Education emphasized the importance of implementing various exchange programs with Khazar University. Decisions were made to establish close ties between the two universities’ Schools of Education, including preparation of proposals on programs related to all fields of education.
