Founder Meets with Rector of Gazi University

On December 20, 2016, Professor Hamlet Isaxanli, the founder of Khazar University and Chairman of its Board of Directors and Trustees, met with Professor Ibrahim Uslan, Rector of Gazi University in Ankara.
