On November 28-29, 2016, Ulkar Bayramova, project manager for Khazar University Development Center, participated in an “Eastern Partnership- Erasmus+ Seminar” in Kiev, Ukraine within the framework of the European Commission’s Erasmus+ program. Representatives from 200 universities in European countries and partner countries as well as National Erasmus+ offices participated in the seminar, which included information about the Erasmus+ program as well as various breakout sessions and networking opportunities.

On the second day of the seminar, information was given about presenting Erasmus+ grant projects, writing proposals, dealing with problems during project management, and issues related to student and administrative mobility.
