On November 5, 2016, Khazar University Student Union organized a seminar to help students improve their exam performance on mid-terms. The seminar, entitled “Psychological Preparedness for Examinations,” was led by Elnur Rustamov, Director of the Psychology and Consultation Center and well-known psychologist.

The seminar included information on time management during exams, correcting one’s attention, motivation, calming nerves, stress, depression, and neurotic anxiety disorders.

E. Rustamov noted that it was a great pleasure for him to lead a seminar for Khazar University students. He plans to organize similar events in the future.

Around 35 students participated in the event.
