In Spring semester of the current academic year, Khazar University hosted Ms. Marje Mets, a visiting lecturer from Estonia, within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus EMBER project.

Ms. Marje Mets is a lecturer at Estonian Maritime Academy that is a part of the Tallinn University of Technology. The subjects she teaches include Management Psychology, General Management, Communication Studies, and Ethics and Etiquette. Marje holds a master's degree in Organizational Behavior from Tallinn University. During her mobility at Khazar University, Ms. Mets taught Human Resource Management to bachelor students at the School of Economics and Management. She also conducted a research about adaptation process of international students and instructors.

The EMBER project is a consortium that is comprised of twenty partner higher education institutions and four associated partners from Western/Central/Eastern Europe and South Caucasus. The focus of the project are the fields of economics, business, languages, and sociology. The International Affairs Office coordinates EMBER project at Khazar University.
