On June 3^rd Master’s thesis defense was conducted by English Language and Literature Department. Master student Aydan Karimova defended her thesis titled “Analysis of phraseological units in linguistics”. The head of the committee was Baylar Hajiyev, the members of the committee were Eldar Shahgaldiyev, Dilbar Zeynalova, Reyhan Madatova, and Eynur Mehdiyev. M.A student made a presentation on her thesis and answered the committee members’ questions. In general, the thesis defense has been successful.
