Ulker Isayeva was born in 1985 in Baku. She graduated from biochemistry class at Zangi lyceum in 2001, and left for America to continue her education. She studied Psychology at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles, America and Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. She studied Cognitive Neuropsychology and got a master degree at York University in Great Britain.
Since that time, Ulker Isayeva had worked at Khazar University and created one of the first Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy center in Azerbaijan. Currently, she works as a head of Human Resources Department and also is a teacher of Psychology Department.
Since 2009, she has done a lot of trainings at some popular and big companies of Azerbaijan. Pasha Bank, Euromed, Sabina perfumery and cosmetics shops, Inci, World Telecom chain stores are in the list that, she has done trainings.
Ulker Isayeva is a participator of some trainings and conferences in foreign countries. She knows perfectly Azerbaijani, Russian and English and makes training in these languages. She is a co-founder of ASAIF and ASAAP organizations.
Ulker Isayeva is also a member of American Psychology Association.
