Khazar University Press acts as the sole International Standard Book Number (ISBN) agency for the country of Azerbaijan. For more information on ISBN, please see http://www.isbn-international.org/agency.

KUP is also the International Standard Music Number (ISMN) agency for Azerbaijan. For more information on ISMN, please see http://www.ismn international.org/agencies/azerbaijan.html.

There is currently no ISSN agency in Azerbaijan, but KUP also assists those wishing to obtain ISSN numbers as a support center.
