Khazar University was founded in 1991.

The university has a logo, a symbol, and the following official songs:

The university has two annual graduation ceremonies, held in March and September.

As part of the ceremonies that are specially prepared in their honor, graduates take an oath and receive their diplomas.

I swear always to honor Khazar University!”
