Fine Arts Teaching

Basics of composition

Within the framework of this subject, students understand the historical development of composition in visual arts, its laws, rules and methods, and build what they see around them according to the rules of composition. Students' creative thinking develops. They acquire basic knowledge for teaching all types of fine arts and mainly drawing on the subject.

 

Perspective

Concepts about building a perspective within this subject; to the limits of visual angles in human perception of objects; determination of horizontal lines and meeting angles; perspective construction of horizontal and vertical parallel lines, width, depth and height dimensions; attention should be paid to establishing the perspective of simple and complex volumetric figures based on the bird's-eye level of the horizontal line.

 

Azerbaijani art

Students explain the history of the development of Azerbaijani Art, its traditional and modern artistic features, acquire the necessary knowledge about folk art, schools of architects, historical monuments, and are able to analyze the works of artists working in the fields of graphics, painting, and sculpture.

 

Sculpture

Within this subject, students make an ornament from clay or plasticine used in sculpture, details of David's head, make a head model from plaster and demonstrate that they feel the plasticity of what they see. They acquire the basic knowledge for teaching the subject of fine arts.

 

Drawing

Within this subject, the correct placement of the drawing on the paper; to express the structure and plasticity of the form in the drawing; to consciously describe the form in space; constructive and schematic laws; to the laws of light-shadow and tonal resolution in painting; to the laws of perspective; to emphasize the psychological aspects and to clearly reveal

them and depict them in accordance with all the laws of painting; care should be taken to increase the expressive power of the painting and bring it to a perfect result.

 

Painting

During the teaching of this subject, the placement of the main object in the center to the formal proportions of nature; light-shadow, color relationships; warm-cold color shades; general understanding of the technology of painting materials; painting technique; to work with watercolor, acrylic, gouache and oil paints; to make studies from nature in nature; attention should be paid to the aspect of the structure of plastic anatomy in the human figure.

 

Fine arts teaching methodology

Within this subject, students understand the structure of the modern lesson based on the visual arts curriculum. With the help of this subject, they learn the ways and means of transferring the knowledge, skills and habits gained by mastering the taught specialization subjects to the students. They acquire the skills of teaching the five types of activities of the fine arts class, learn the types of in-school assessment and are able to design the daily planning of the lesson.

 

IT in education

This subject focuses on modern methods and methods of using IT tools, multimedia technologies operating in the computer market, information input, collection, processing, and transmission. E-learning resources emphasize the use of whiteboards in the learning process, innovation management, distance learning, videoconferencing, hardware, software, and Internet search engines.

 

Decorative applied art

Within the framework of this subject, students are able to describe various patterns and decorate them by applying them on objects.

 

Civil defense

Within the framework of this subject, the basics of the organization of civil defense and its tasks; to the activities of students and professors in emergency situations; to provide first aid to those injured by modern means of destruction; to inculcate habits related to anti-epidemic measures in the centers of bacteriological damage; Civil defense emergency rescue skills should be emphasized.

 

Introduction to Multiculturalism

This subject teaches the general concepts of multiculturalism, its stages of development, the features of the main theories in this field, the policy of the state in the direction of protecting the ethnic, racial, religious and cultural diversity existing in the society. It analyzes the essence of the multiculturalism policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, socio-cultural processes, its characteristics and the reasons for the successful implementation of this policy in the country.

 

Psychology

In the teaching of this subject, the subject and methods of psychology, the age and psychological characteristics of the students, the development of psychological methods for studying them, and their diagnostic assessment are studied.

 

Pedagogy

In the teaching of this subject, the theoretical foundations of pedagogy, educational theories, principles, methods, tools, organizational forms, modern teaching technologies, school management and forms and methods of school management are studied.

 

Subjects determined by the institution of higher education

The subjects here are defined differently by each higher education institution and are reflected in the curriculum of that specialty.

 

History of fine arts

In the framework of this subject, students understand primitive, slave society, medieval, renaissance, new era, 20th century art, analyze and distinguish the works of artists. They acquire the basic knowledge for teaching the conversation exercise about visual arts in the subject of fine arts.
