On April 21, 2022, an event was held in the meeting room of the Board of Directors and Trustees to introduce the newly appointed Turkish Representative of Khazar University.

After an introductory speech by Professor, Academician Hamlet Isakhanli, Founder of Khazar University and Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Rector of the University, Associate Professor Irada Khalilova informed about the life and academic career of the newly appointed Turkish Representative Abdullah Chalishir. In his speech, Abdullah Çalışır thanked the university administration for the task entrusted to him and said he would justify this confidence.

Vice-Rector for Management and Student Affairs Isakhan Isakhanli, Director for Public Relations and Media Alovsat Amirbayli and Head of the Development Center Raziya Isayeva wished the representative success in his new job and presented him with a representative card.
