On April 20, 2022, Khazar University hosted a meeting with Yigit Kocher, Head of TED University's International Relations Office, and Berrak Yildirim, International Relations Specialist.

The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for International Relations Vlad Vernygora, Head of the Development Center Raziya Isayeva, Dean of the Graduate School of Science, Arts and Technology Saida Sharifova and employees of International Relations Office Fatima Valiyeva and Arzu Badalova.

The meeting focused on strengthening partnerships and academic ties between the two educational institutions.

It should be noted that TED University, located in Ankara, was established in 2012 by the Turkish Education Association.
