An academic article co-authored by Ruslan Khalilov, a lecturer of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, and Günel Garayeva, a faculty member and Doctor of Philosophy at Azerbaijan University of Languages, titled “Sufism and Personalism: Philosophical and Ethical Conceptions of God and the Person,” has been published in the Ukrainian scientific journal “ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ. СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПОЛІТИЧНИЙ ЖУРНАЛ.”

It should be noted that “ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ. СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПОЛІТИЧНИЙ ЖУРНАЛ” is a scientific journal published in Ukraine and indexed in international academic databases such as Index Copernicus and Google Scholar.
