On January 13, 2016, the gun.az and adalet.az news sites reported that a paintball tournament was held with the financial support of the Youth Fund of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in partnership with Azerbaijan Shooting Federation and Azerbaijan Bicycle Sports Federation as part of a project entitled “Healthy University.” Khazar University’s team took first place in the paintball tournament and won the right to participate in the bicycle tournament.
