On July 20, 2026, a meeting was held in Baku with a delegation from the Communist Party of the People's Republic of China, organized by the Center and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Azerbaijan. At the meeting, Nargiz Karimova, PhD, lecturer of Chinese language at the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, delivered a presentation in Chinese.

In her presentation, Nargiz Karimova emphasized the importance of mutual cooperation between Azerbaijan and China, noting that expanding cooperation in youth policy, education, culture, and other fields serves to further strengthen friendly relations between the two states and peoples. She noted that this cooperation makes a significant contribution to promoting mutually beneficial development, as well as to the exchange of effective governance practices.

During the meeting, views were exchanged on the friendly relations between Azerbaijan and China, particularly on the prospects for developing ties in the fields of youth policy and international cooperation.
