Humay Huseynova, Executive Assistant to the Rector of Khazar University; Leyla Yadigarova, Coordinator of the Quality Assurance Center; Aynura Talibli, Chief Specialist of Human Resources; and Dr. Aygul Gurbanova, lecturer at the Department of Languages and Literatures, took part in a professional development program held at Gazi University, located in Ankara, Türkiye, from July 20-24, 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (Staff Training) program.

Within the framework of the mobility program, participants became closely acquainted with the activities of various administrative and academic structural units of Gazi University.

Khazar's representatives took part in meetings held at Gazi University's Rectorate, Quality Coordination Office, and International Relations Office, sharing their views on university management, quality assurance systems, internationalization strategies, and administrative work processes.

The parties exchanged mutual information and experience regarding the management practices and approaches applied at the two universities.

At the end of the program, participants were presented with certificates confirming their successful completion of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program.
