Dr Muhammad Imran of Khazar University's English Language and Literature Department has published an article titled “Artificial intelligence in school language education: A systematic review of trends, challenges, and future Directions” in the Journal of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education Scopus Q1 Journal.
This systematic review synthesizes evidence from 20 studies (2018–2025) to show that AI enhances school language education through adaptive feedback, scaffolding, generative support, and conversational assistance when integrated with teacher-guided pedagogy, while highlighting persistent challenges related to ethics, privacy, equity, and institutional readiness.
