Zarifa Aliyeva, Director of Khazar University's Career and Alumni Center, and Aysel Huseynli, the center's coordinator, took part in the "Education-Training-Employment-Industry: Partnership Conference" on June 18, 2026. The event was organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, in partnership with KVET.

During the conference, opportunities for cooperation between educational institutions, state agencies, and private sector representatives were discussed, along with an exchange of views on training qualified personnel in line with labor market demands, expanding employment prospects for young people, and developing human capital.

Participants emphasized the importance of strengthening ties between the fields of education, training, and employment, and discussed solutions tailored to the challenges of the labor market.

Such meetings make an important contribution to strengthening the links between education and the labor market, as well as to increasing career opportunities for students and graduates.
