Sevinj Aghayeva, PhD in Philology, Assoc. Prof. at the Department of Languages and Literatures of Khazar University, took part in the international event titled "Seminar on AI Capacity Building for Women from Developing Countries," held in Beijing and Dongguan, People's Republic of China, from May 28 to June 10, 2026.

The seminar was organized with the aim of enhancing women's knowledge and skills in the field of artificial intelligence, expanding their opportunities to participate in digital transformation processes, and promoting international cooperation in this field.

Within the framework of the event, participants were presented with lectures on the application of artificial intelligence technologies in education, science, governance, and innovation, the development of digital skills, and the role of new technologies in social and economic progress, along with practical training sessions and discussions. The seminar also served as a favorable platform for the exchange of experience and the establishment of professional ties among specialists from various countries.

Assoc. Prof. Aghayeva's participation in the seminar is of great importance in terms of expanding Khazar University's international cooperation relations and integrating the new knowledge and experience gained in the field of artificial intelligence and digital technologies into the university environment.
