On March 17, 2026, Ruslan Khalilov, a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, delivered a speech on the topic "The Zangezur Corridor and the Role of Personality in Building the Unity of Turkic States" at the international scientific conference "Our Family is the Turkic World" held at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

Within the framework of the conference, various scientific reports were presented on the common history, ethnocultural heritage, folklore traditions of the Turkic peoples, and the national-spiritual significance of the Novruz holiday, and issues of cooperation between scientists of the Turkic world were discussed.
