Rahil Dadashli, a doctoral student in International Relations at Khazar University, has successfully completed the Erasmus+ internship programme at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University in Türkiye from February 23 to March 26, 2026.
The programme was dedicated to the European Union's foreign policy toward the South Caucasus, encompassing research, teaching, and academic collaboration directions. Within the framework of the mobility programme, Rahil Dadashli delivered lectures on the geopolitical history of the Caucasus and minorities in Azerbaijan.
He also presented his doctoral research on the topic "The European Union's South Caucasus Policy after the Second Karabakh War" and held discussions with faculty members and researchers.
Dadashli also delivered a presentation at a university conference on the topic "The Role of Regional and Global Actors in the Caucasus."
Doctoral student Dadashli additionally familiarised himself with the university's management system, accreditation procedures, and quality assurance mechanisms.
