Khazar University Rector Dr. Razia Isaeva is participating in the international event titled "Deep Dialogues: Business as Un-usual – Leadership in International Education Transformation," held in London from May 5–7, 2026. The event is organized with the support of the British Council and is dedicated to such topics as transformation in higher education, leadership, and internationalization.

On the opening day of the forum, panel discussions were held on the topic "Transforming Internationalization in Times of Uncertainty." The discussions addressed shifting global trends in higher education, enhancing university resilience, broadening inclusivity, and approaches to leadership at the international level.

As part of the program, an interactive workshop was also organized on the topic "Systems Influencing the Development of Leadership." Participants exchanged views on the key factors affecting leadership development in higher education institutions.

The event also provided networking opportunities with various university leaders and representatives of international education organizations.
