On January 26, 2026, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, was a guest on Nadia Gyane's program on the AnewZ channel on the topic "The South Caucasus in U.S. Diplomacy".

Assoc. Prof. Valiyev drew attention to the creation of the “Board of Peace” platform at the Davos Forum and the strategic importance of Azerbaijan being invited to this initiative as a founding country. He emphasized that this step could have important political and diplomatic consequences in terms of deepening Azerbaijan-US relations, and at the same time analyzed the possible reactions of Russia and China to the process.
