On December 28, 2025, an award ceremony for the winners of the Azerbaijan Film Academy's "Golden Fairy-2025" professional competition in cinema and television was held at Khazar University's Fikret Amirov Conference and Concert Center. People's Writer Anar was honored with the "Golden Fairy" award for his long-standing activity and services.

Khazar University's founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Trustees, Prof. Akad. Hamlet Isakhanli presented the award to People's Writer Anar in a ceremonial manner.
