Dr. Alptekin Cihangir İşbilir, Press Advisor to the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Azerbaijan and lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, was awarded the “150th Anniversary of the Azerbaijani National Press (1875–2025)” jubilee medal.

Dr. Cihangir İşbilir said in an interview with APA that in order to further develop the alliance and cooperation between Türkiye and Azerbaijan in the media field, they will continue to work together, especially Anadolu Agency and TRT. He expressed his deep gratitude to the Media Development Agency, as well as all representatives of the Azerbaijani press celebrating its 150th anniversary. Dr. Cihangir İşbilir noted that it is a great honor for him to be awarded the jubilee medal established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev.
