Head of the Department on AnewZ channel

On December 18, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, was a guest on Nadia Gyane and Lou Browne's program "Türkiye Eyes Symbolic Steps with Armenia" on the AnewZ channel.

Assoc. Prof. Valiyev, commenting on President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's views that Türkiye will normalize relations with Armenia on the basis of dialogue and coordination with Azerbaijan, noted that Türkiye has been implementing these relations in a coordinated manner with Azerbaijan since the 1990s. He also emphasized that the TRIPP project will contribute to the economic development of the countries of the region and will create serious positive effects in transforming the region into an important transit hub.
