On November 21, 2025, Ruslan Khalilov, a lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, delivered a speech on the topic "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Modern Technogenic Society: In the Context of the Individual and Personality" at the international scientific conference "Artificial Intelligence and Humanities: Current Status and Prospects" held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages.

It should be noted that experts representing more than fifty countries participated in the event. The event was also attended by the ambassadors of Israel, Belarus, Venezuela, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Georgia to Azerbaijan. Guests from Italy, Spain, Morocco, Romania, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, Pakistan, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan also attended the conference.
