On December 12, 2025, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, published an article titled “Azerbaijan Summit in Ankara” on Fuyuzat.az.

Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev emphasizes in his article the development of Azerbaijani-Turkish relations based on the concept of “one nation, two states” and their further deepening after the Second Karabakh War. The author draws attention to the special role of the panels on the topic “Azerbaijan’s Chairmanship of the Organization of Turkic States and the Future of the Turkic World” organized by the Center for the Analysis of International Relations in collaboration with Hacettepe, Gazi, Ankara Social Sciences, Ankara Haci Bayram Universities and the Gaspirali Foreign Policy Institute. The article highlights the contribution of these events to the strengthening of academic and diplomatic cooperation, as well as the strengthening of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye strategic partnership.
