Khazar University doctoral candidate Jemile Aghamaliyeva, specializing in 5714.01 – Comparative-Historical and Comparative-Typological Linguistics, has defended her dissertation on "Pragmatic Features of Ellipses in English and Azerbaijani Languages."

Based on the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 27, 2025, she has been awarded the Doctor of Philosophy degree in philology.
