Department Head's article in "Daily Sabah"

On December 5, 2025, an op-ed article by Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Will Trump's 28 points be enough for Ukrainian sovereignty?” has been published in “Daily Sabah”.

It is important to note that The “Daily Sabah” is a Turkish pro-government daily newspaper published in Türkiye. Available in English and owned by Turkuvaz Media Group, “Daily Sabah” published its first issue on 24 February 2014.
