Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu, Director of the Department of History and Archaeology at Khazar University, along with faculty members Dr. Sohrab Mustafayev and Jeyran Mammadova, visited Aksaray University in Türkiye on December 1-5, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ program.

During the visit, on December 3, presentations were delivered at Aksaray University: Associate Professor Telman Nusratoglu spoke on "Events on the Caucasus Front in World War I and the Assistance of Azerbaijani Turks to Ottoman Prisoners of War," Dr. Sohrab Mustafayev presented on "The Role and Significance of Etibank in Republican Era Mining," and Jeyran Mammadova delivered a presentation titled "Political and Military Relations between the Byzantine Empire and the Varangians."

The visit was significant in terms of scholarly discussions, exchange of ideas, and the development of cooperation between the two universities.
