English Language and Literature Department Professor’s Article Published in “Sustainable Futures” journal

Dr. Muhammad Imran of Khazar University's English Language and Literature Department has published an article titled “Assessing quality management practices: Comparative analysis of public and private universities using fuzzy inference system" in Sustainable Futures, Vol. 10, a Scopus Q1 and Web of Science- Q1 with 4.9 Impact Factor journal.

This study compares quality management practices in public and private universities, revealing that stronger evidence-based decision-making leads to higher satisfaction, while gaps remain in leadership and continuous improvement processes.
