On November 7, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, participated in the program dedicated to the topic "Victorious and Renewed National Identity - Who Are We?" of the next filming of the "Daha Serbest" project, which was launched on DAHA TV channel together with Nijat Mammadli, Advisor to the Minister of Science and Education, and moderated by Agshin Yenisey.

Assoc. Prof. Valiyev spoke about primordial, ethnosymbolist and modernist approaches to nationalism. He emphasized that Azerbaijan has completed the stage of formation as a modern national state with the political and military victories it won in 2020 and 2023. Because it has taken a serious step to complete its national identity and achieved successful results.
