Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Sciences and Philosophy, titled "President Ilham Aliyev is the Architect of the Victory that Defined the Status of the Azerbaijani People and their State in the 21st Century" was published in AZERTAC. Assoc. Prof. Valiyev notes that President Ilham Aliyev's address following the liberation of Shusha from occupation symbolizes that the 250-year history of failure of the Azerbaijani people has been left behind and a new stage of victorious development has begun.
