On October 30, 2025, the defense of the dissertation by Parvin Aydin gizi Karimova was held at the FD 1.33 Dissertation Council operating at Khazar University. The dissertation, titled " The Communicative Essence of Human Being," was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy, in the specialty 7207.01 – "Social philosophy."

The defense, which began with the applicant's speech, continued with the opponents' speeches, questions and answers. After the speeches of the Dissertation Council members, the defense process concluded with a secret ballot.

In the end, the results of the secret ballot on awarding applicant Parvin Aydin gizi Karimova the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the specialty "Social Philosophy" were unanimously considered positive.
