Department Director's Article on Füyuzat.az

On October 9, 2025, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy at Khazar University, published an article titled “Ankara: bureaucratic and orderly city” on Fuyuzat.az.

In his article, Associate Professor Orkhan Valiyev analyzes the political, historical, and cultural characteristics of Ankara through the lens of his personal impressions. The author highlights the city’s spirit of statehood, its orderly architecture, and traces of national ideology. He presents Ankara as a more structured and bureaucratic center in contrast to Istanbul.
