On September 29, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Orkhan Valiyev, Head of the Department of Political Science and Philosophy, participated in the conference of think tanks of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), organized by the Center for the Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center).

At the conference dedicated to the topic "The Organization of Turkic States as a regional actor in an era of global uncertainty", representatives of the participating countries discussed the place and role of the Organization of Turkic States in the modern system of international relations, the strategic challenges it faces, and the new cooperation opportunities emerging for member states.
