On October 1, 2025 an article by Dr. Vasif Huseynov, Lecturer of Political Science and Philosophy Department at Khazar University, titled “Since the 2020 Karabakh War, the South Caucasus Changed Significantly – For the Better”, has been published in the Special Edition of the HK+ National Strategies Research Project Agency (NSRPA) Newsletter.

It is important to note that the HK+ National Strategies Research Project Agency is a research initiative based at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) in Korea, dedicated to advancing scholarly inquiry and policy research in the fields of national strategy, international relations, and regional studies.
