An online meeting was held on September 29, 2025, within the framework of the DIRNA project, moderated by Aytac Misgarli, Deputy Director of Khazar University's Library Information Center, with the participation of all partner universities.

During the meeting, Hafeez Muhammad Azeem Akram, instructor at Khazar University's Computer Science Department, provided comprehensive information about the RIMS platform created within the framework of the project.

Hafeez Muhammad Azeem Akram explained the functionalities of the RIMS system, emphasized the system's independent management by partner university administrators, and addressed the importance of properly completing profiles.

He also presented statistics on user activity and research results. The platform was received with great interest by partner universities. Foreign partner university representatives Gultekin Gurdal, Anna Tozzi, and Kati Clements shared their recommendations.

Another online meeting is planned to be held next month.
